Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent local tree provider. Each one runs a separate business. Commissioneracquisition Tree Service does not do the work. We only help you reach them.

The provider you speak with is the one who looks at your tree, gives the quote and does the job.

What Happens After You Reach Out

Here is the usual path.

• You send an estimate request or call.
• Your details go to a provider in our network that serves your area.
• The provider contacts you to ask about the tree.
• You may share photos, and the provider may visit to look.
• You get a quote and decide.

Timing depends on the provider. Many can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a set time.

What to Ask a Provider

Good questions make the choice clear. Try these:

• Are you licensed and insured where I live?
• Can I have the quote in writing?
• Does the price include clean-up and hauling?
• Will you take out the stump, or is that extra?
• How will you protect my roof, lawn and fence?
• Do I need a permit, and who handles it?
• If a storm damaged the tree, can you help document it for a claim?

Costs vary by tree size, access and risk. A written quote beats a guess over the phone.

Have Your Info Ready

Photos first, then talk. Before the first talk, gather:

• Two or three clear photos of the tree
• Photos of any damage
• Notes on tree height and what it is near
• Any past records about the tree

This helps the provider quote well. It also helps if you file an insurance claim.

You Are in Control

A request does not lock you in. You can say no. You can ask for more than one quote. You can take time to compare. There is no obligation.

If a provider pushes you, or something feels off, step back and ask for the details in writing.
